Arushi Acharya is a seasoned HR professional with over 16 years of experience working across diverse industries and global teams. Passionate about and experienced in talent development, employee engagement, coaching, organizational culture, and change management, Arushi has a proven track record of delivering HR strategic initiatives aligned with business needs.

In her current role as the Director of Learning and Talent Development at Stryker, a leading medical technology organization, she partners closely with leadership in the regions of LATAM, Canada, and EEMEA to develop and execute talent development strategies for organizational success. Arushi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Business from Aston University, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from RML University, India. Arushi loves travelling, cooking and reading. She is currently based in Amsterdam with her partner and daughter.
