Chris Rayner joined Swissport International AG as Chief People Officer on October 1st, 2021, and reports directly to the CEO.
In his role, Chris drives the people agenda and Swissport’s strategic HR roadmap. He has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the travel and services sectors and has held management and senior-level positions at Compass Group and SSP.
Prior to Swissport, Chris was the CEO of SSP for Asia Pacific and Latin America. He also served as SSP’s Group HR Director for 10 years. Chris holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from Revans University.
