Dan Strode brings over a decade of banking experience, including seven years at Grupo Santander, where he served as Group Director of Culture & Strategy within Global Human Resources. Based in Madrid, Dan played a key role in defining the Global HR Strategy and implementing a unified cultural framework – The Santander Way – across 32 countries and over 220,000 employees and led the development of the Artificial Intelligence programme across the Group and it’s Human Resources function.
Beyond his corporate role, Dan has dedicated years to researching high-performing, innovative companies worldwide. Drawing insights from Asia, Europe, North America, and South America, he authored The Culture Advantage: Empowering Your People to Drive Innovation, and The Innovator’s Edge: Transform Your Business Today and From Web1 to Web3:Understanding the Past, Present & Future of the Internet, exploring key cultural principles that sustain success in leading organisations.
