Amelie Villeneuve started her career on a trading floor in Hong Kong during the Asian Financial Crisis and has been fascinated by growth and transformation since then. She has studied and led growth and transformation strategies at market, organisational and leadership levels across 30 years, more than 30 countries and key industries including tech, energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, aviation, defence, professional services and public sector work. Her work has been published in FT, HBR amongst others, and her latest book – Convergence: Ecosystem growth strategies – is available on amazon. She is currently focused on studying growth strategies fuelled by AI transformation and commercial diplomacy.
