Heike Mensi-Klarbach has been leading the Group People, Culture & Organization department at Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) since 2019. In this role, she is responsible not only for operational personnel matters but also for organizational development and strategic issues in the area of People and Culture. This includes diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, leadership, and transformation. Prior to her work at RBI, Heike Mensi-Klarbach was involved in academia, conducting research and teaching on these topics at institutions such as WU Vienna, Copenhagen Business School, and Leibniz University Hannover.
