Jaap Veldkamp is the ‘Global Head of HR Analytics & Organizational Effectiveness’ at ABN AMRO, where he leads a team of around 15 professionals focused on data science, strategic workforce management, data consultancy, employee listening, and BI/reporting.
Before joining ABN AMRO in 2016, he started his career as an external consultant, gaining valuable experience through a wide range of data-driven projects for various clients.
In addition to his role at ABN AMRO, Jaap is also the founder of the HANN (HR Analytics Network Netherlands), a free network currently connecting over 75 organizations.
