Dr. Lei Pan is currently the Head of People Analytics at FrieslandCampina, one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the world. Previously she led Shell’s People Analytics and Insights teams.
Her passion is making people decisions based on data and insights. She has a Ph.D. in Economics and 15+ years of experience in the cross section between data analytics, data science, AI and behavioral economics.
She excels in leveraging data to hear from business, customers and employees, understand their behaviours, optimize analytics products to serve them and generate insights to drive decisions. She has a broad range of experience in multiple sectors including food & beverage, energy, banking, international organisations, consultancy, and academia.
