With an extensive track record spanning more than two decades, I bring a wealth of international HR expertise across diverse industries, including IT Consulting, Ecommerce, Business Process Outsourcing, and manufacturing. My proficiency encompasses Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, DEI, and HR Business Partnering.

In my current role as Vice President of Talent Success & DEI at OLX, I own and drive all facets of talent strategy, including Branding, Acquisition, Development, Management, Engagement, and DEI. This entails driving organizational success and cultivating an inclusive workplace culture.

Prior to joining OLX, I held senior HR and Talent leadership positions at esteemed companies such as Zalando GmbH, Accenture, and MphasiS (formerly HP Company). Recognized as a thought leader, I have had the privilege of speaking at prominent conferences worldwide, including LinkedIn Talent Connect New York, HR Vision Amsterdam and Unleash World Paris. My insights have been featured in leading publications like Business of Fashion and New York, and I am a co-author of the book “The Builders Guide to the Tech Galaxy”.

Having lived and worked in diverse locales such as India, Sweden, the Czech Republic, and presently Berlin, I bring a global perspective to my work, underpinned by a commitment to excellence in HR practices.
