Mansi brings extensive HR Leadership experience across multiple industries where she has supported large and diverse workforces ranging from 10,000 – 50,000 + employees. Mansi currently serves as VP HR International at Springer Nature, based in the Netherlands. Here she is responsible for supporting HR operations for all countries globally and leads a team of over 120 HR professionals. She has previously worked with Electrolux, Avon Cosmetics, Hewlett Packard and Schneider Electric in various global, regional and country roles.
