Otti Vogt is a global C-level transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in implementing strategic business change in multicultural, complex organizations and building high-performance global teams. Until March 2021, Otti Vogt was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer C&G at ING.

As a disruptive thinker, he is a strong advocate for value-based business transformation, sustainable shareholder value and happiness@work. He is currently consolidating his personal lessons learned and developing them further together with other practitioners and thought leaders.
