With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Parul Kapoor is a visionary executive
known for her business- and data-focused approach to talent and culture. She specializes
in HR transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership development, excelling in remote
and hybrid work cultures. Parul has successfully navigated international mergers, scaled
teams for growth, and driven organizational change in dynamic environments. Passionate
about the future of HR, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces and shaping

Before joining Calix in 2021, Parul held key leadership roles at Cadence Design Systems,
where she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Global R&D, IT, and Marketing
& Business Development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the
University of Delhi and an MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human
Resource Development in Pune, India.
