He is the Director and CEO of First Act Global Pvt. Ltd., serves as Principal Advisor and Mentor, EIILM Kolkata, and is a Senior Advisor to United Nations UNCTAD’s Empretec Programme in India, working closely with leaders, entrepreneurs, institutions, and organizations to build future-ready capabilities, entrepreneurial excellence, and sustainable growth.
A postgraduate alumnus of the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Pembroke College, as well as the University of Mumbai and the University of Calcutta, Mr. Dutt is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Corporate Director, and trusted advisor to CXOs, boards, academic institutions, and leadership teams.
Over the course of his career, he has led and advised large-scale transformation, leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, collaborating with globally respected institutions and consulting organizations, including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Gallup, and Alvarez & Marsal. He has also served on the advisory boards and governing councils of several eminent educational institutions and has contributed extensively to executive education, leadership development, mentoring, and academia.
