Sandor Janosi started his career R.J. Reynolds Tobacco in Sales, before moving to HR. After 8 yrs in the FMCG industry moved to GE Healthcare to support growth in Eastern Europe. Throughout his 21 years career with GE, spent 14 in Healthcare, 3 in Corporate & Global Operations, 4+ in Renewable Energy as CHRO of GE Hydro. Held Regional and Global roles, building organisations such as GE`s Shared Services Centre in Budapest, he also supported growth and several business transformations.

Following GE he joined automotive software company NNG as CHRO and lead HR for Baker Hughes’s Subsea & Surface Pressure Systems business globally.

Recently Sandor was leading alfanar Saudi electric company’s HR function as CHRO based in Riyadh. Alfanar is an electrical manufacturing and construction company with $6BN revenue and 25K+ employees, present in 30 countries globally.

Sandor is an Engineer graduated from the Technical University of Budapest, holds also an MBA from OUBS, UK. Sandor has 4 kids from 6 to 24 years old and lived in 6 countries across the world.
