Sandra Vorhofer is a seasoned professional in People and Organizational Development, currently serving as the VP Talent, Learning and Culture at Swarovski, where magic and science meet and world of crystal craftsmanship is created.

Previously Sandra has provided global functional leadership in the pharmaceutic & energy industry. Her focus areas included team productivity, talent development, learning, strength-based culture, and organizational development. With extensive experience in both local and global roles, she leads corporate people and organizational development for 20,000 employees, designs and facilitates culture change, and spearheads leadership and talent development strategies.

She is also a certified systemic coach and consultant for mindful system change and has pursued further education at renowned institutions like Ashridge Executive Education.
