SANDRA VORHOFER

Sandra Vorhofer is Vice President of Corporate Talent, Learning & Culture at Swarovski, a role she has held since November 2022. She previously served as Corporate Director of Culture and Employee Experience, and Head of Learning and Organizational Development. Her earlier roles include leadership positions at Novartis and GE Power & Water. Sandra holds a Master’s in Human Resources & Business Management from Universität Innsbruck and has completed certifications in change management and culture transformation. She is also the founder of Curiositat.at, promoting curiosity and learning.
