I’m Sankalp Sharma— HR professional, career coach, and curious creative based in Amsterdam. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of working across continents and industries, helping organizations grow by investing in what matters most: their people.

My journey has taken me from the fast-paced world of banking to healthcare, lighting, and now coffee—each chapter teaching me something new about leadership, transformation, and the power of purpose. Today, I lead global talent and performance at JDE Peet’s, where I’m focused on building systems & processes that spark growth, accountability, and meaningful conversations at every level.

What drives me? Helping people discover their potential, especially during moments of change. Whether it’s designing inclusive leadership programs, launching AI-powered talent platforms, or simply having a coaching conversation over coffee—I’m at my best when I’m enabling others to thrive. I’m constantly learning about the future of work, cultural transformation, people analytics, and the evolving role of leadership.
