About
Severine Riviere-Gerstner serves as Chief People Officer. She brings two decades of experience in global human resource management and business transformation and is responsible for all aspects of Sportradar’s human capital strategy, including talent management, capabilities development, total rewards, and workplace culture.
Previously, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Fyffes International part of Sumitomo Corporation. Throughout her career, she has worked in global and regional roles in human resources within B2B and B2C global companies, in the Netherlands, UK, Hong Kong and Switzerland, including Heineken, Novo Nordisk and Steelcase. Riviere-Gerstner holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Master in Labor Law.
