About

Shuai Yuan is an assistant professor at the Amsterdam Business School and a member of the Amsterdam People Analytics Centre. Having worked as a People Scientist at one of the largest tech giants, his research aims to connect advanced technology and analytics with HR and psychology theories for day-to-day people analytics practices. His current research projects focus on (1) leveraging cutting-edge behavioral data science methodologies to provide novel insights for people analytics and (2) developing a comprehensive framework to better understand the capabilities of Generative AI and large language models for HRM practices. He has published in leading HR and technical academic journals and regularly provides consultancy services and delivers speeches in the areas of People Analytics and HR Technologies.
