Svenja Dietrich is a global HR leader and anthropologist, currently serving as Senior Director at HERE Technologies. She leads enterprise capability building across learning, skills, talent, and inclusion for a global workforce and organizational effectiveness.

In her role, she drives workforce transformation at scale, including leading the company’s AI workforce transformation efforts. Her work focuses on building future-ready capabilities, redesigning how work gets done, and enabling leaders and teams to adopt new technologies in a practical and human-centered way.

With over 15 years of experience, Svenja has worked as a consultant at PwC and built the Talent & Culture function of a fast-growing tech scale-up through periods of transformation and growth.
