With a degree in European Studies and Languages from the University of East London, I began my career at Deloitte & Touche in consulting. I subsequently earned an MBA from Bologna Business School, which propelled me into roles at Eli Lilly in the pharmaceutical sector and Shell in the energy industry. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of living and working in various countries, gaining extensive experience across HR operations, business partnering, and specialized functions such as Learning, Organizational Development, and Talent Management at local, regional, and global levels.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Organizational Development and Change at NATO NCIA, where I oversee initiatives in Digital HR, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Wellbeing (DIA-W), Team Effectiveness, HR Excellence and Communication, and Organizational Change Management. In addition to my professional pursuits, I have taken two sabbaticals to volunteer with VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas) in India, a country I continue to visit regularly. Originally from Sardinia, I hold dual nationality in both the UK and Italy, underscoring my commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
